I recently explored this in HuMNet Lab\u2019s Sierra Leone project, supervised by Prof. Marta C. Gonz\u00e1lez. I used network science, environmental modeling, open source software, and publicly available data to develop novel methods to predict the effects of climate events on street networks, service accessibility, and facility demand in Freetown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a recent graduate from the University of California,\nBerkeley, now a Master of City Planning and a Master of Science in Civil and\nEnvironmental Engineering, I hope to continue to apply data science for human\nmobility to my professional pursuits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am a practicing transportation engineer, passionate about navigating the intersection of engineering, planning, climate, and policy.
